Hey everyone... what are some free image manipulation sites? I treid photoshop, but it's not free, GIMP is too complicated, i dont know which download i need !!! Sad and all the other sites dont look safe. Any help would be appreciated.

I have GIMP and I was with you at first, but just go find a video tutorial and iot makes more sense after that....at least thats what happened for me.
